Services

Services

Power, Communications and Lighting Design

We strategically plan and implement electrical systems that deliver efficient power distribution, Public Address (PA) and clocks, communications, CCTV and lighting throughout your project. Our designs are guided by building codes, and safety standards, while seamlessly balancing aesthetics, functionality, and comfort through an optimal combination of natural and artificial lighting.

Fire Alarm Design

We develop detailed fire alarm system designs that comply with all applicable fire safety codes and requirements. Our approach ensures early fire detection and timely notification to support safe evacuation and help minimize potential property damage

Photometric Studies

One of the valuable services we offer is performing lighting analysis before installation. Using advanced lighting calculation software, we simulate how selected fixtures will illuminate a space—assessing distribution, uniformity, and intensity. This ensures that the chosen fixtures are appropriate for the intended use, whether for indoor or outdoor environments.

Load Studies

Unsure whether your electrical service has adequate power for your new equipment? No problem. A load study allows us to evaluate how much electricity the system is currently using and determine whether there is sufficient capacity to support additional loads. By monitoring and analyzing electrical demand over a defined period—typically 7 or 30 days—we can identify the system’s peak load, assess its ability to accommodate new demand, and ensure safe operation. This study also helps detect potential overloads, unbalanced loads, and whether a service upgrade or other electrical modifications are needed

PG&E Service Request

Our team has experience coordinating with PG&E throughout the Bay Area for new electrical service to undeveloped sites as well as requesting service upgrades due to renovations, new equipment being installed or replacing the existing old service equipment with new to comply with current building and safety codes.

Drafting Services

We offer reliable and efficient drafting services to support architectural and MEP firms throughout all project phases. Our team can assist with developing construction documents, as-built drawings, redline markups, and coordination drawings tailored to your design standards. Whether you need overflow drafting support or a long-term partner for project documentation, we are committed to delivering accurate and timely drawings to help meet your project deadlines.
